Many women in low-income communities in Ghana struggle with unemployment and limited income opportunities. Soap making is a practical skill that can help women start small businesses and earn sustainable income to support their families. This project will provide soap making training, business skills, and startup support for 250 vulnerable women to help them achieve financial independence and improve household livelihoods.
Many women in poor communities lack vocational skills and access to stable income-generating opportunities. High unemployment and limited financial resources make it difficult for women to support their families, pay school fees, or meet basic needs. Without practical skills or startup support, many remain trapped in poverty.
This project will train 250 women in liquid soap, bar soap, and detergent production, along with packaging, marketing, and small business management. Participants will receive practical hands-on training and basic startup materials to help them begin small soap making businesses within their communities.
This project will help 250 women gain employable and income-generating skills, improve household income, and strengthen financial independence. It will reduce unemployment among vulnerable women, support small business development, and improve economic stability for families in low-income communities.
