The great news is that our Global Giving Challenge appeal for the Tikolelaneko Credit Group was so successful that your generous donations have allowed us to help get a further two credit groups up and running.
The Tichitenawo and Fatsani Credit groups have now been fully funded, so your £1500 has helped empower another 34 women (17 in each group) start up their businesses and help them work their way out of poverty.
As a result of the success, MicroLoan Foundation's projects will now be permanently on Global Giving, which means our exposure and ability to fundraise are greatly increased.
Thanks once again for your support. We'll be keeping you regularly updated with information about your impact in Malawi.
All 3 groups have begun their mentoring and loan programmes are are currently on target with their businesess and loan repayments
