The Silent Mountaineer successfully visited three senior high schools in Ghana’s Volta Region. While our initial target was to reach 150–200 girls per school, the program exceeded expectations, engaging more than 200 girls at each location.
In total, we have directly interacted with approximately 2,000 girls, sparking meaningful conversations, building confidence, and planting seeds of ambition and self-belief. The response from both students and teachers has been overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the initiative’s relevance and power to inspire the next generation of female leaders.
Following the successful Volta Region tour, we submitted The Silent Mountaineer to the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NaCCA) for formal review. We are now in the final stages of securing approval to classify it as an official supplementary classroom resource.
This endorsement will be a game-changer, opening doors for broader integration into Ghana’s educational system and dramatically increasing the program’s reach and sustainability.
Once NaCCA approval is secured, we plan to print and distribute an additional 1,000 copies of The Silent Mountaineer. This will enable us to resume the national tour, targeting girls’ schools in the Greater Accra, Eastern, and Central regions of Ghana.
With your support, we can accelerate this expansion, ensuring thousands more girls gain access to this transformative resource.
The Silent Mountaineer is becoming a movement rather than just a book. Every copy distributed represents real opportunities for girls to dream bigger, overcome barriers, and shape their futures.

Your partnership at this pivotal moment will help us move from regional success to national transformation.
We invite you to join us in empowering the next generation of Ghanaian girls then African girls. Together, we can ensure The Silent Mountaineer reaches every corner of the country where it is needed most.
Thank you for believing in the power of education and the potential of every girl. We look forward to updating you on the next exciting chapter.
