Thank you — we can’t say it enough! Because of your generosity, people impacted by the recent flooding in Thailand were able to receive meaningful support from a trusted nonprofit organization in GlobalGiving’s nonprofit network.
Your donation to the Thailand Flood Relief Fundpowered an emergency grant to Raks Thai Foundation, a vetted GlobalGiving nonprofit partner and member of CARE International. Working closely with women and the elderly in North and Central Thailand, Raks Thai Foundation is providing income alternatives to rural families who lost their crops in the floods to help communities recover financially.
Your support is advancing community-led recovery, and it means impacted people receive critical resources to help their community rebuild after the flooding.
This fund is no longer accepting donations, and this will be the last fund report of this kind from our team. Needless to say, we hope you’ll stay in touch!
You can stay connected with our work through Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and our Learn Library, where we regularly share stories about the incredible impact of the powerful GlobalGiving community. If you haven’t already, subscribe to get periodic email updates from our team here.
With gratitude,
The GlobalGiving Team
