Action Works Nepal (AWON) would like to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to all 56 passionate donors for their generous support, encouragement and love to girls from Jumla, Nepal. AWON encouraged to all donors to visit the Jumla and kids to get more sense.

During this reporting period (December 2013 and January 2014), AWON has had monitoring visits; had discussed with teachers and girls who are involved in bridging course through this program. As an outcome of previous meeting with school management committee, parent and teachers, organized some activities. Due to extreme cold, school are closed and the timing for the human right day and others, so school management committee organized community engagement activities that were focused on school enrollment of girls. In order to continuously encourage children to come to the school, school is being organized extracurricular activities where AWON supplies materials for that. In Jumla, by the end of February, school calendar starts and expecting more children in school due to having presence of AWON with holistic approach.
