Help Rural Communities Access Healthcare in Peru

Dear Supporters,

We are delighted to share an update on the progress of our "Supporting Healthcare" project, made possible through your generous support. Thanks to your commitment, we have made significant strides in improving healthcare access for underserved communities.

The "Supporting Healthcare" project aims to enhance healthcare access for vulnerable populations, focusing on providing medical services, essential supplies, and education to those in need. By partnering with local clinics, health workers, and community leaders, the project is helping to build sustainable healthcare infrastructure in the rural communities that we work.

Donations have not been as strong as we hoped but we totally understand that more and more people are being forced into poverty to not only corrupt governments but out of touch governments too. With this in mond we have been working non-stop with our project and one of the most rewarding aspects of this project has been hearing directly from the people whose lives have been transformed by your support. Meet Lluvia, a 46 year old community member who received our flyer about free health awareness talks. Attending our outreach program she met with our health professional and they have assisted her in improving her lifestyle to help her get back to work ans change her future outlook. This is just one example of how your contribution is making a lasting difference.

Hello to all our Supporters, Donors, Friends and Family! 

We only do what we do with you beside us, we are the rock to so many communities around the world but you are our rock! 

Over the past 2 years we have seen a steady decrease in funding to many of our programs and as a charity we decided that it was time for change. Traditionally we have been putting 100% of the funding into our projects and keeping them alive so funding feeding programs, research, equipment and other essential items. 

While this is still a critical part of our work with the decrease in donations we need to step up our long term sustainability plans and therefore we have increased our professional volunteering and mentoring program that connects people in the community with qualified and experienced mentors around the world. 

Using this mentorship we have started to work with each community and build a plan that will lead to the community being setup to fight the issues they face themselves, it's a transition period that won't happen overnight however rather than putting funding just to "surviving" requirements we have now been able to use donated funds and volunteering hours to train community members, build websites and install local income generation projects that will take the pressure of fundraising. 

It is a really exciting time and we continue to look for people that are willing to donate their time as a mentor and not just focused  on people donating funds, we still need those incredible funding donation gifts but we are excited to expand our team to mentor, inspire and support community members to building their own project to change their future.
