Statistics show that rural and remote communities have a lower life expectancy due to lack of resources. Access to healthcare can be expensive and is simply not an option for millions of people living in poverty today. A lack of qualified healthcare workers in rural communities is a growing issues and with education limited many communities are unaware what to watch out for or do if their health becomes compromised.
A project 100% funded by your donations will allow us to produce posters, flyers and other awareness materials of serious issues the communities face. We can run workshops including WaSH workshops to help improve hygiene. Our team will bring in local professionals as well as support community members, police and teachers get emergency training so they can respond to local emergencies.
A donation of $30 facilitates a workshop for 40 community members, thank you for your support
