Introduction
Healthcare is an expensive and struggling area for most countries. Action Change works on over 70 projects around the world. Working with communities we aim to increase our impact by running community healthcare provisions. Funding permitted we will be bringing in local health professionals to provide resources, outreach awareness and emergency services to the local community to ensure everyone has access to support for a healthier and safe future. This project will be 100% funded by our donors.
Report
We have secured a local doctor and partnership with a local NGO that promotes vision and eye testing for children in townships. We now need a nurse and funds to revamp a space at the local school. We also want to include specialized education and mental health services but we need help to raise the funds for this.

Introduction
A lack of qualified healthcare workers in rural communities is a growing issues and with education limited many communities are unaware what to watch out for or do if their health becomes compromised. Statistics show that rural and remote communities have a lower life expectancy due to lack of resources. Access to healthcare can be expensive and is simply not an option for millions of people living in poverty today.
Report
Currently, we are creating a series of workshops on preventative health but also training community members on first aid and emergency response and alongside this funding the medical supplies and equipment for the trained professionals to be able to help the local community. Offering this initial awareness and response service we aim to build awareness to empower local community members to keep themselves safe and healthy and improve their quality of life. We have managed to create several workshops so far and raised $1237 so far. $15 Will enable us to print the materials to run one workshop.

Introduction
A big issue in Fiji is developing resources that can be easily accessed by the community health workers, resources need to be created to be strong and withstand the rural community living, workshops need to be interactive and contain material related to the subject. This will be by community health workers to promote health and well being within the community, however, Fiji is also suffering from a major lack of qualified healthcare workers, an issue that needs resolution in order to develop.
Report
Currently, we are creating a series of workshops on preventative health. The Ministry of Health in Fiji is aiming for their Community Health Workers to prevent disease rather than cure it, allowing for communities to become more sustainable and less-prone to disease. The Workshop being created to increase the knowledge and understanding of health issues within the area helping to keep the communities healthy.
