Delfa is 29 years old, a mother of three children (Dyllan, Nicolás, and Shirley), and married to Fernando. She is one of the participants in the “Makiami Yubiami” training and production workshop for crochet. Over the past three months, Delfa has learned to use crochet, a key tool in the art of weaving. She has had the opportunity to choose the yarn colors she likes best to practice her first stitches. As the weeks passed, her effort and dedication allowed her to master new crochet techniques.
To complete this first learning cycle, Delfa has successfully crafted beautiful crochet earrings that reflect her creativity and passion for this art. Her happy expression brings joy to everyone in each workshop, and the fact that she can now create her own earrings strengthens her enthusiasm and self-confidence.
Thanks to your donations, people like Delfa can access high-quality artisan training. Additionally, they have the opportunity to use the necessary tools for their learning, as well as the appropriate materials to enhance their creativity. Also, thanks to your support, we have a highly skilled teacher with extensive experience and a deep human commitment.
We want to share with you the impact of your generosity and show you the results of the work we are doing together. Thank you for allowing us to continue this beautiful project and change lives through crochet.
This is just the beginning—we will keep reporting. Thank you very much!
