Approximately 800,000 young Kenyans enter the labor market every year and youth unemployment is estimated to be as high as 35%, compared to the overall national unemployment rate of 10% Furthermore, where lower academic performance in High School closes out the possibility for higher education which guarantee continuity of schooling the youth are left hopeless. They need an alternative way to earn a living & plan for their lives.
