This month, our kindergarten program focused on the theme “From Seed to Table,” introducing children to the importance of vegetables for their health. Through simple lessons and hands-on activities, the students learned how vegetables provide essential nutrients that help them grow strong and healthy.
The children participated in planting seeds, caring for their seedlings, and observing how sunlight, water, and time help plants grow. The garden is in the same area as the school, so the children, can visit anytime they want to. This experience allowed them to see the full process of food production in a way that was both meaningful and exciting.
To conclude the activity, the children enjoy the taste of the vegetables they had grown. This strengthened their understanding of healthy eating and built a sense of pride in their work. The program not only encouraged better nutrition but also fostered responsibility, curiosity, and appreciation for nature.
We are grateful for your continued support, which makes activities like this possible and helps nurture lifelong healthy habits in our youngest learners.
