Poverty in the Philippines is still a persistent issue and is aggravated by unequal opportunities for capacity development, particularly in underserved areas where resources and access to education, training, and economic opportunities are limited. These disparities hinder economic progress, as communities without the necessary tools and support struggle to break the cycle of poverty. Addressing these inequalities is crucial for fostering inclusive growth and ensuring that all Filipinos have the chance to improve their livelihoods and contribute to the nation's development.
Through GaLing Pamayanan and through the help of supporters like you, we will continue to provide assistance to communities we serve as they develop and grow their social enterprises in various areas in the Philippines. Our interventions will continue to empower local initiatives, foster economic sustainability and improve the quality of life for individuals.
