Dear Donor,
Travel and movement between communities make preparedness along transport routes increasingly important.
The World Health Organization has warned that informal crossing routes can complicate surveillance and create opportunities for cross-border transmission.
At Development Alert the team continues promoting responsible health information among communities connected by transport, trade and family movement.
We encourage people to report concerning symptoms and cooperate with health authorities rather than concealing illness because of fear as a proven approach to fighting the Ebola epidemic
Preparedness should protect public health while respecting people's livelihoods and dignity.
Your support helps strengthen awareness among communities connected by movement and trade.
