Reaching Thousands Through Community Handwashing Stations
Because of your continued support, community handwashing stations are now reaching thousands of people across high-risk areas.
What began as a targeted intervention has grown into a widespread prevention effort. With your contributions, we have:
These stations are now being used by hundreds of individuals each day, with some locations recording over 1,000 uses daily. Handwashing is becoming a routine practice before and after key activities such as trading, travel, and social interaction.
This shift from occasional hygiene to consistent behavior is critical in reducing Ebola transmission.
Community feedback confirms that awareness has increased and people are taking personal responsibility for prevention.
