Impact Update – Strengthening Containment Through Household Support
Effective Ebola containment depends not only on identifying cases but also on ensuring that affected households can fully adhere to safety guidelines.
With your support, we have implemented targeted household support for individuals and families under monitoring or quarantine. Before this intervention, some households faced challenges in maintaining isolation due to lack of basic necessities.

As a result, households are now better able to remain within safe boundaries during the observation period. This has led to improved adherence to quarantine measures and reduced potential exposure to others.
These efforts are strengthening the overall containment strategy by addressing the practical needs that often determine whether guidelines can be followed.
