Restoring Confidence in Healthcare
Fear can be one of the biggest barriers during an Ebola outbreak. When people are afraid to seek care, cases go undetected and the virus spreads more easily.
We are working to restore confidence in healthcare systems by ensuring that facilities are safe, well-equipped, and trusted by the communities they serve. This includes providing protective equipment, improving infection prevention practices, and supporting clear communication with patients and families.
When people trust that they can seek care safely, they are more likely to come forward early—making treatment more effective and reducing transmission.
Your support is helping rebuild this trust at a critical time. By strengthening healthcare systems, you are helping communities feel safe, supported, and protected.
