Emergency Food Relief and PPE Support for Ebola-Affected Communities in Uganda
As Ebola cases continue to rise, the impact goes beyond health—it is disrupting entire households and communities.
Families affected by Ebola are often placed under isolation, unable to work, access food, or meet their basic needs. At the same time, the lack of adequate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) puts frontline responders and caregivers at serious risk.
Without immediate support, both patients and their families face not only the threat of disease—but hunger, vulnerability, and further spread.
Development Alert is responding urgently by providing emergency food relief and essential PPE to affected households and frontline community responders.
