SUPPORT CHARITY IN THE HOLY LAND

Millions of people in the area of the Middle East known as Holy Land, are in great need due to war, economic crisis and the covid-19 emergency.

• In Lebanon the crisis has worsened during the last months: there is a great need of medicines and the cost of primary goods has increased drammatically.
• Syria has been in war for eleven years now and the economic sanctions and medical emergency are killing any spring of hope left, pushing many to flee. Overall, 14.1 million people where in need of some form of humanitarian assistance in Syria in 2021.
• It is now possible to travel in Israel and Palestine, but two years of covid lockdowns have increased the need of families especially in the West Bank, Bethlehem and Bethany for example lived entirely on tourism.

Diverse and interlinked needs are widespread throughout the Middle East. These are driven by the cumulative long-term consequences of the Education need, together with active hostilities, multiple and continuing displacements, eroding resources, and dynamics linked to spontaneous IDP and refugee returns, increasing the stress on already overburdened communities.

Through our emercency centers we where able to support more than 5.000 families through:

• Distribution of basic needs packs
• Sanitary kits and health care
• support for family costs such as: food, light, fuel for heating
• water tanks installation
