This project will provide emergency relief and recovery support for 200 fire disaster victims in Ghana who have lost homes, belongings, and livelihoods due to devastating fires. Many affected families are left without shelter, clothing, food, and basic household essentials after fire outbreaks. This project will help vulnerable individuals and families recover by providing humanitarian assistance and support for rebuilding their lives.
Fire outbreaks continue to destroy homes and properties in many communities across Ghana, leaving families displaced and vulnerable. Victims often lose their possessions, savings, and sources of income within a short time and struggle to recover due to financial hardship. Children, women, and elderly individuals are especially affected by the emotional and economic impact of disasters.
This project will provide emergency relief items such as food, clothing, temporary shelter materials, bedding, hygiene supplies, and household essentials for 200 fire disaster victims. It will also support basic recovery assistance to help affected families regain stability and improve living conditions after the disaster.
The project will reduce hardship, improve safety and wellbeing, and help fire disaster victims recover more quickly from emergencies. Beneficiaries will regain access to essential supplies and safer living conditions. Over time, the project will strengthen community disaster response and humanitarian support systems in Ghana.
