Supply Safe Drinking Water to Bangladesh Villagers

Hi Friend of MAAWS,

Hope you're all enjoying the last weeks of summer before fall officially hits if you are in the United States. If not, I hope you are enjoying the weather wherever you are!

Since we started fundraising on GlobalGiving in March 2011, 201 of you have contributed over $20,000.00 in order to provide families we clean and safe drinking water. Thanks to you we have been able to install over 200 tube wells. We continue to grow and expand our efforts. In turn, we cannot thank you enough for support using to do so.

Currently, we are focused on the MAAWS Health Complex, an outpatient health clinic providing free and low cost health care to villagers in our project area in rural Bangladesh. Since opening in 2012, we have seen and treated over 3,000 patients. We still need a lot of support for this project to purchase medications, supplies and much needed diagnostic equipment. Hi Friends of MAAWS,

Since starting the Pure Drinking Water and Sanitation Project in 2008, we have installed over 200 tube wells with your help. Thanks to you many families now envision a world that is healthier because they have access to clean and safe drinking water. In the upcoming months, we have plans to install 5 more tubewells in our project area. Stay tuned for more reports and photos.
