Life skills, Capacity building and EDP training s is very necessary for the young women and girls who are the trainees at the beauty parlour and garment making vocational training school of RSKS India. These trainings are very important as these trainings increase the confidence of the girls and also improves their talent and let them know about how they could showcase their skills or talent in a more efficient and effective way. Life skills make the women to stress less and understand the importance of life whereas the capacity building helps in improving the capacity of these women and girls and the EDP helps these women and girls in gaining knowledge about better entrepreneurship.
In this context, RSKS India organized Life skills, Capacity building and EDP training at the beauty parlour and garment making vocational training school of RSKS India. In this training all the girl and women trainees were called and different types of activities were done with every trainees. In these trainings, many successful entrepreneurs and capacity building trainers and life skill trainers were called by RSKS India in order to make these women and girls understand well. The trainees participated in all the activities done in these trainings and also heard and understood the things said in the trainings.
These Life skills, Capacity building and EDP trainings were not only helpful in increasing the knowledge base of the trainees, it also improved the thinking abilities of these trainees. The trainees were able to do SWOT analysis of themselves and were able to work accordingly. Many of the trainees showed their interest in entrepreneurship and also got knowledge about how to start entrepreneurship and what are the legal requirements to start a business. Through the capacity building training the trainees were able to speak up about their views to their family. All the women and girls Trainees were very happy after getting these important trainings at the vocational school.

We feel Very proud to RSKS India completed Successful 29 years with ''May all live Happily'' and The organization has made its identity as a Leading & Highly Credible organization.
Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, like every year, has celebrated its Foundation Day on 2nd December 2021 this year. On this occasion, the activists of the RSKS organization celebrated this big bash with Helpless street and slum children. They cut cake, danced and enjoyed a lot in the celebration. Besides, Foundation Day celebration was organized in “vocational education - school”, a school for drop-out young women & girls” managed by RSKS India.
On the occasion of the Foundation Day, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sasnthan distributed woollen blankets to 21 poor families residing roadside so that they can protect themselves from the shivering cold. Similarly, a workshop was organized concerning legal rights of women. After the completion of the workshop, a rally was held in which women delivered awareness message for the prevention of violence against women to the society. In this series, 25 shaddy and fruitful trees were planted in a distant village in Ajmer where the participants took oath to keep trees conserved. In addition to this, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sasnthan installed 15 eco-friendly nests at homes in the foothills of Aravali ranges for the conservation of sparrow.
The Foundation Day was celebrated 5 places where almost 300 beneficiaries including women, girls, men and children enjoyed in the celebrations. The celebration also had importance as it was the Successful 29 years of RSKS India.
Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, in these 29 years, has worked for more than one lakh marginalized and deprived people of 700 villages. In order to make them self-reliant and empowered, the organization has put its significant efforts through several programs as vocational education, women empowerment, agricultural development, conservation of environment, educational development and sustainable livelihood and the organization still keeps putting its efforts for the same.
It is the guidance of partners and the generous donations of all respectable donors that brings positive energy to us due to which our activists are always ready to put themselves into action with dedication and devotion for the development and empowerment of the deprived community. We hope that we will be getting your valuable support and guidance in the future.
Today, whenever Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan faces any problem whether it is an earthquake or flood, COVID-19, uneducation, poverty, unemployment or violence against women, then the organization immediately attempts to resolve the problem and tries hard to make its attempts successful. Meet with Meenal......!!
Hello everyone! My name is Meenal (Name Changed) and I am 13 years old. I am studying in rural school and I am in 8th standard. I belong to a small village and my mother is housewife and my father does farming on someone’s land. I have also a younger brother who is 7 years old. From the last year, I came to know about the corona virus as my schools were closed and lockdown was started by the government at every place. All the people were told to be at house in order to be safe from the novel corona virus. This year when the school reopened, I saw my school dress and my schools’ shoes, they were short as I grew from the last 1.5 years. I was not even able to wear the dress as well as the shoes. I told this to my father but then my father told me that he is not able to purchase new dress for me as we had faced so many problems in the lockdown and my father took loans from many people in order to feed the family and now he is paying back the loans he took. I was not able to go to school because of this.
One day two members of RSKS India visited my house, they said that they got my name and address with the help of school administration and local administration. They took the baseline survey of me and saw my family’s poor financial condition. Then they told my family that they heard that I am not coming to school and this was because I was not having proper school dress and school shoes. The RSKS team members then took my school dress size and shoe size and then the RSKS team members said that they will be coming back after few days. After few days the RSKS team members called me to school where they had organized the School shoes & school dress distribution program. I was also given the school dress and school shoes for free by the RSKS India team members. The whole program was done while following all the covid-19 safety protocols.
I was very happy to see the school dress and school shoes because now I will be able to go to school without any problem. I went back to my home and showed the school dress and school shoes to my family and then they were also smiling as all this was given to me for free. They told me to study better and always do good things as when you do good things then good things return to you too. My school mates were also very happy when they saw me coming back to school. Now I will be going school every day as now I am having school dress of my size to wear and school shoes of my size to wear. I and my family thanked the RSKS team for identifying and providing relief to me. I will be always studying hard to become successful so that this thing could not happen to me twice.
All these happened with the help of Organization & Donors. So, I thank from bottom of my heart.
