Provide STEM Kits for 100 Schoolgirls in Ghana

Summary

Many girls lack access to hands-on science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) resources, limiting their interest and participation in these fields. This project will provide 100 schoolgirls with STEM kits and practical learning tools to spark curiosity, build skills, and encourage future STEM careers.

Challenge

Girls in many communities have fewer opportunities to engage in STEM education due to limited resources, societal expectations, and lack of mentorship. Without hands-on tools, they struggle to understand concepts, lose interest, and are less likely to pursue STEM subjects in higher education or careers.

Solution

The project will distribute STEM kits to 100 schoolgirls, including materials for experiments, robotics, coding, and other hands-on activities. Girls will participate in guided workshops, mentorship sessions, and group projects to explore STEM concepts in a fun and engaging way, building confidence and practical skills.

Long-Term Impact

Providing STEM kits and training will empower 100 girls to pursue STEM education, improve academic performance, and increase their chances of entering STEM careers. Over time, this will promote gender equality in science and technology and contribute to a skilled workforce in the community.
