Dear friend and supporters,
It is with great excited for us to share another milestone with you since our last uplates.
The Sports and Education center has finally been painted and aslo equipped with Chairs, tables and Shelves for the Library. Also some books have been gathered from friends and family and are stock in the Library where our educational programs will be held.
Eventhough the center is yet to be launched, there always children showing up at the premises either to use the sports court, the library or just hang out with their freinds to the admiration of the facility, The smiles on the faces are priceless.
As a routine, we had for first trials to evaluate the responds for our sports program. It was with great joy to see close to 60 children showing up without shoes or jersey to partcipate in the trials. It did not matter on this day if you were good or not, It was all about having a space to socialize, learn and grow as one Big Family. The theme for the trials day was "TOGETHER".
The center is currently receiving a little touches before thelaunching day set for september. However, children from the community are always welcome either to play around on the court or partciapate in some educational games at the Library with our supervisors on the field.
