As a new school year approaches, thousands of children in northern Syria are preparing to return to classrooms carrying hopes and dreams for a better future. Yet for many families displaced by years of conflict, providing even the most basic school supplies remains an overwhelming challenge. The cost of notebooks, backpacks, stationery, and other essential learning materials is simply beyond their reach.
At Amal Alumma Organization, we are preparing to launch our Back-to-School Campaign to equip vulnerable children with the school supplies they need to begin the academic year with confidence and dignity. Our goal is to ensure that financial hardship does not prevent a child from learning, growing, and pursuing their education.
Every school bag placed in a child's hands is more than a collection of supplies—it is a message of encouragement, hope, and opportunity. It reminds children that their education matters and that there are people who believe in their future.
As we prepare for this important initiative, we remain committed to reaching as many children as possible. With the continued generosity of compassionate supporters, we hope to bring smiles to more young faces and help them begin the new school year ready to learn and succeed. Together, we can give children not only the tools for education but also the hope they deserve.
