Trabajando la ansiedad/Working anxiety

By Laura Robledo | Project Leader

One of the secondary problems developed from the current pandemic, is social isolation.

This problem is affecting in different ways and leads to developing various conditions of stress, anxiety and fear.

Through the accompaniment that we are carrying out in a virtual way, we have realized how the boys and girls find themselves with anxiety, stress and different emotions that are caused by this situation.

These emotions can harm now and in the future.

Thus, through the virtual classes that take place; a recreation session that is held weekly with MUVI colleagues and some teachers; follow-up of cases via telephone; and a series of recommendations and information to try to be the best you can in this confinement; Fathers and mothers have shared with us how boys and girls are calmer, happier, busier and more motivated.

MUVI's work and commitment continues and circumstances have forced us to become experts in subjects that we did not have before, but we are convinced that music, and especially community music, is an essential value of humanity. This pandemic has confirmed it.
