Thank you friends for helping us build our campus in an orderly fashion over the last few years.

This year, we started with construction of a playground/park with the help of friends and corporates.

In the recent times, we started large scale plantation in the campus - about 70 coconut trees have been planted in addition to 120 plants of various species - some fuit and flower bearing, some vegetable bearing and some greens.

We also spent quite a bit on red soil, drip irrigation and manure.

We also bought a 46 seater school bus whch will help us ferry more children to school from nearby villages. We will be constructing a Hostel block to accommodate 100 more girl children. The project will be completed in 12 months.

We will keep you updated.

We will also be distributing about 25 laptops soon to our Undergraduate students.

Thank you friends for helping us build a good campus for our children.

Last year around April, we built a full Basketball Court and since then the children have been learning and practising Basketball. We have a full time coach who stays with us on campus and takes classes for more than 12 hours a week.

As only children above 9 years are being allowed to play Basketball, we decided to construct a separate Playground for younger children next to the basketball Court.

We are thankful to everyone who granted our request and helped us build a very beautiful park. It has become the most interesting part of our school infrastructure.

We are also planning to start construction of school building which has been on hold for a long time.

In JUne 2023, we will purchase a school bus which will help us in ferrying more children to our school.

Thank you very much for helping us build better infrastructure for our children.

Over the last few months, we have added more restroom facilities to take care of growing number of children in our school.

With the help of contributions to this project over the last several years, we have been able to build mre than 30 restrooms in the school building. These will be operational after Sankranthi holidays.

In addition, we have also been working on another pet project - Play Park for our younger children. We have taken this up with an estimated cost of Rs 2.4 million ($30,000).

It will be inaugurated very soon. This will help us provide a safe place for our children to play and have fun. We will open this up for children from nearby villages too.

We are also readying a library for primary school children - a modern and child-friendly library to suit reading standards of children in STD I to STD V

Thank you friends for supporting our Campus Project over the last few years.

With your financial assitance, Sphoorti Foundation has been able to build three buildings measuring a total area of 40,000 sq.ft which helped us set up a full-fledged school, hostel blocks, an admin block and a multipurpose court.

We are preparing to construct 12 rooms to accommodate more classrooms and students in our Sphoorti Model School. We have also started construction of 24 bathrooms for the school.

After construction of the multipurpose court has finished, we are able to conduct coaching classes for Basketball with the help of Hi5 Foundation, a Basketball Coaching NGO based in Mumbai.

We are planning to conduct Tennis classes too in due course.

Sphoorti Model School is applying for High School recognition from the State Government. Once we receive it, we will set up 2 laboratories for Bio and Physical Sciences.

We will keep you apprised of the latest developments. Your support keeps us highly motivated.

We thank friends for supporting our request for campus construction.

In the recent times, we started expansion of infrastructure to provide more resources and facilities.

With the help of your donations, we were able to construct a Multipurpose court which cost $50,000. Some of the campaign amount was used for purchasing flood lights, tennis net and other facilities. We also built two classrooms to accommodate more children in Sphoorti Model School.

We are also building new rest rooms outside the Main Building with a budget of $60,000. In addition, we have built a compound wall for the Girls block.

We are waiting for permission for our school building from the Government authorities.
