Supporting Social Entrepreneurship

Dear Friends and supporters,
Again, we want to thank everyone who made a donation to our cafe despite the situation around the world. As you are already familiar, we closed the cafe for a while and waiting for the best time to reopen and make it again a lovely place for locals.
As you know, the Founder of Social Enterprise Cafe is For Better Future, which also is the founder of Social Enterprise Ikorta. Social Enterprise Ikorta is a Georgian Traditional enamel Jewelry Enterprise that operates in Tserovani IDP Settlement, It provides employment possibilities for eight women nowadays. As a result of the Covid pandemic, we struggled a lot and also had to change our plans de[ending on Covid regulations. Ikorta has a very successful future and is the main source of income for our organization when it comes to small-scale activities on a local level.
Our idea is to adapt our project more into Ikorta's activities and share our stories with you. So we will keep you updated about the next steps in near future.

Plans for re-opening are still under challenges

Dear Friends and supporters,
Again, we want to thank everyone who made a donation for our cafe despite the situation around the world. As you are already familiar, we closed the cafe for a while and waiting for the best time to reopen and make it again a lovely place for locals.
As an update, we want to inform you regarding the current situation. The founding organization For Better Future managed to move to a new place and unite Social Enterprise Ikorta (Enamel Jewelry Enterprise) and now we work under the same roof. As a result of limited sources we still can not think of re-opening the Hello Cafe, it requires quite big amount of financial resources which we have a lack of it right now.
In order to reach our goals, we still try to conduct online meetings and inform local youth about actual topics and interesting possibilities for them. We also have an internships at the organization to support them in there future career.
We want to thank you again for your support and wish you all to stay safe to have a chance to improve the life of ones who are in need.

The founder of HELLO CAFE faces challenges

Dear Friends and supporters,
Again, we want to thank everyone who made a donation for our cafe despite the situation around the world. As you are already familiar, we closed the cafe for a while and waiting for the best time to reopen and make it again a lovely place for locals.
As an update, we want to inform you regarding the current situation. The founding organization of HELLO CAFE faces the challenges connected to a working space. Before, we have been benefiting the space from one of the founder of our organization and the space was free of charge for us. Now, due to the unexpected situation, we need to move to a new office and it is connected to quite a lot of expences for us. We are in the need to have an infrastructural work which should be done in time.
Above mentioned challenge can be an opportunity as well. We have been planning to unite all of our projects inluding Enamel Jewelry Social Enterprise, HELLO CAFE and our Civil Society organization under one roof, but it seemed in a far perspective. Now we need to concentrate and use all the surces to reach our goal as soon as possible. Otherwise we will have some obstacles on our way of implementing immortants activities on a local level.
