This project focuses on empowering 500 rural youth by educating them on the importance of vocational skill training and guiding them toward a secure and promising future. In many rural areas, young people lack access to higher education, career guidance, and stable job opportunities. As a result, many migrate to cities without proper skills, exposing themselves to unsafe working conditions and exploitation. The project addresses this gap by promoting skill-based education as a practical and affordable pathway to employment.
Through structured awareness sessions and counseling, youth and their families are informed about the value of certified vocational training and safe migration practices. The program not only builds career clarity and confidence among participants but also ensures they understand their rights, legal employment processes, and the risks of unregulated migration. This awareness creates a strong foundation for informed decision-making and long-term stability.
To remove financial barriers, the project provides comprehensive support including course fees, uniforms, textbooks, stationery, lunch, and travel allowance. By combining financial assistance with structured skill training and mentoring, the program enhances employability and prepares youth for dignified, job-ready careers in a short duration.
In the long term, the project will help 500 rural youth secure steady employment, achieve financial independence, and support their families with dignity. It will reduce poverty, prevent unsafe labour migration, strengthen women-headed households, and create role models within villages—fostering a culture of education, skills, and self-reliance across rural communities.
