Global Giving representative Farley Sawyer recently visited the Good Samaritan Children's Home in Nairobi. FAF asked Farley to make this visit and advise us how FAF can be more effecient in helping the orphanage. On July 11 we received this message from the director of the home, Mercy Thuo. Mercy's letters are always interesting and well written. This is what she reported.
We trust that all is well at your end as we write to you. We are all well at the home and we are very grateful for your support. Yes we did meet Farley. We must say that we had a wonderful time together. We also hope that she got the real picture of what we really do. Please we are looking forward for more enlightenment on what we really or precisely should be posting in our reports.
We wish you well in all your endeavors and may God richly reward you. With very kind regards, Mercy
Now we await news from Farley and her advice on how we can improve links with Global Giving and the Good Samaritan Children's Home.
