Cervical cancer is one of the leading causes of preventable deaths among women in Northern Ghana, yet many women in peri-urban Tamale lack access to affordable screening and early detection services. This project will provide free cervical cancer screening, education, and referral support to 500 low-income women, ensuring early diagnosis, timely treatment, and the chance to save lives before it is too late.

This project will provide free cervical cancer screening to 500 low-income women in peri-urban Tamale through mobile outreach clinics. Trained nurses will conduct VIA tests, offer counseling, and refer positive cases for early treatment. We will also educate communities through radio and local durbars, reducing stigma and increasing awareness so women seek timely screening and life-saving care.
