In July 2019, a delegation of CAPA Peru went to Loreto as preparation for the improvement restoration of two schools in poor conditions located in the riverside communities of Santa Rosa and Nuevo Israel, in the Peruvian rainforest. The infrastructure that would be intervened was confirmed in case there had been any changes since the previous trip - especially considering that there was an earthquake in Iquitos in the interim. We took the opportunity to review the other projects developed by CAPA such as the composter and fish farms and to give support to the community members in whatever they needed.
