Dear Donors and Supporters Namate
It is really great pleasure for us to announce that we have successfully completed and handover the first phase of the project i.e. construction of Janapremi School at Lokanthali, Bhaktapur. We have prepared four rooms including stair room.
We have short video clip that explains the impact of the project activities. It includes overall classrooms overview, interview with students, teachers, construction coordinator and other implementing authorities.
We arrange the meeting with concerned stakeholders of the school such as district education monitoring officers, school management committee, parents, teachers, principal, local academicians and local social workers regarding the subject matter of importance and effectiveness of first phase school reconstruction in Janapremi School. This meeting appreciated and thanked all the donors and supporters as well as the effective implementation role of Volunteers Community Nepal (VCN).
As for the concern of impact evaluation process, we have presented outcomes/ achievements with the comparison to the early situation. It is attached.
For the overall accounting system and process, we have prepared the systematic accounting report including total cost and remarks according to the templates too. In this report, we are presenting detail particularities with its specific cost. It is attached.
Regarding the initiation of the second phase project, we formally started with the commencement of the initial necessary tasks such as re-base line survey, final estimation (from engineer, technicians, construction coordinator, VCN BOD and DEO officers), pricing collection, quotation collection, responsibility division, and preparation for action plan schedule etc.
