Dear Supporters Namaste,
We received the details project report from our Project Coordinator, Construction coordinator, and Accountant about the project overview, obstacles, challenges, motivation as well as with details briefing schedule. Hope this experiences will assist to empower and guide for the further project with more efficient way. From the budget point of view, we have submitted all the accounting details with this attachment.
As for the concern of impact evaluation process, we found certain outcomes/ achievements with the comparison to the early situation. It is incorporated with this attachment. For the overall accounting system and process, we have prepared the systematic accounting report including the schedule of Expenses, Summary Sheet, and Main Budget Sheet. We have incorporated this with the attachment.
We have a short video clip that explains the outlook and impact of the project activities. It includes overall classrooms overview, interview with students, teachers and other implementing authorities.
