Dear Project Supporters,
The purpose of this report is to update you on how your dollars have continued to make an impact in the lives of the children you are supporting, and also to express again our deepest thanks for your generosity. Without you, the work SESSO does would not be possible.
Student Highlight: Moving on to high school!
SESSO would like to highlight three of our SESSO students who recently sat for the Certificate of Primary Education (CPE) examination. This exam is taken every year by 8th grade students in South Sudan who have generally performed well in school, and a passing grade allows them access to secondary education (high school). The exam is issued by the National Ministry of General Education and Instruction (MOGEI), through the National Examinations Council (NEC).
Three of our SESSO-Sponsored students (Abraham, Amour and Nyamuoch) recently sat for their National Exams, and all 3 candidates passed their exams! This is a milestone achievement, and we couldn’t be prouder as they move on to their secondary education and begin 9th grade this month! Included with this report are copies of the certificates for Abraham and Amour… SESSO is still waiting to receive the certificate for Nyamuoch.
General Update on SESSO-Sponsored Students:
Plans Moving Forward:
Your generosity is making a difference in these children’s lives more than you can imagine. We thank you for taking this journey with us, and invite you to stay with us and watch the fruits of your generosity over the years as these students grow up.
