Thank you for your generous contributions to save women & girls from violence through esteemed organization GlobalGiving.

CHHASE think that non violent community is safe to live.But today, we are coming across many incidents like rape, chain pulling, domestic violence, unsafety in work place shows that the community going towards destroying the community.As long as women and girls are able to move any where and at any time without fear is a safe community to live peacefully.

As part of the CHHASE activities, we would like save the women and girls from many forms of violence.Though we are conducting many awareness camps about how to escape violence and how to get help.

we have voluntary group of youth (Boys) from different locations to protect the women and girls, who are at risk of facing violence. CHHASE would like to provide low cost hand phones to poor women, to use it when they are in danger.Further, CHHASE has provided phone numbers of government officials and police station numbers to contact when they are in need of protection. 

One of our women share her experience" I am a widow of 28 years old.I live alone. i am working in small company with low wages.Many times in night, my door was knocked. i use to shout louder and those who have come will run away.But no one could catch him. I told my story to CHHASE and they arranged a hand phone and adviced me to get all the neighbours phone numbers.15 days before, the same knocking sound i heard and without shouting i phoned to two of my neighbours and they came without noise and caught the culprit. He is from my village and thought that as a young widow, he want to rape me. I told CHHASE NGO to provide such hand phones to vulnerable community to save them from danger. Thank you for providing me a hand phone."

As part of the CHHASE activities, we would like save the women and girls from many forms of violence.Last month, we have conducted two awareness camps about how to escape violence and how to get help. Also we have started voluntary group of youth (Boys) consisting of 16 youth from different locations to protect the women and girls, who are at risk of facing violence.

Further, CHHASE has provided phone numbers of government officials and police station numbers to contact when they are in need of protection. We have adviced them to contact the police officials when they are in danger.

CHHASE is planning to provide low cost cell phone to poor women and girls, to use it when they are in need of protection.
