Kherson Oblast was one of the first to be occupied during Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. People found themselves under occupation, unable to leave, without work and with limited resources for living. Then the Community Foundation of Kherson "Zakhyst" started a program of issuing direct financial aid to help the most vulnerable sections of the population – "Save together! Kherson". Assistance was allocated in the amount of 2,200 hryvnias per family. With these funds, the family could buy all the necessary goods: medicines, food, hygiene products. Thanks to donations from the GlobalGiving platform, an amount was collected to help 5 families. Below in the report, you can find photos with reviews of families who received help.
