Hello Friends of the Golden Eagle!
We are excited to share with you that our video “Ambassador of Nature” won first place at the National Exhibition of Scientific Images in Mexico Award and is currently visiting Mexican states before going to Spain! Ambassador of Nature is an informative capsule that summarizes the growing process and behavior of golden eagles in a few minutes. You can watch it here:

The second exciting news is that last June stated our fourth continuous year of implementing field conservation actions with support of local partners. This year, the project will have presence in three states where the golden eagle inhabits: Zacatecas, Coahuila and Baja California.
This upcoming year, we will be reinforcing previous habitat restoration activities, designing a new conservation model based on where the species hunt and nests, reintroducing native prey species and holding educational workshops with community schools and land-owners about the importance of protecting the species and its habitat. Finally, we will be launching a second awareness campaign by installing our 24/7 monitoring camera on another golden eagle nest.
Thank you again for your support!
