Your kind impact remains in the lives of 3,800 individuals and 300 children who have benefited from your support of the surgical operations program.
Over 3,800 surgeries were performed last month in northern Syria, including major and minor surgeries as well as cesarean deliveries. This means that your donations to the surgical sponsorship program have already changed the lives of 3,800 individuals for the better, in addition to 305 newborns who had a safe birth experience with the highest quality of medical care during the past month.
Your donations enable beneficiaries to receive the same quality of medical care and attention as anywhere else in the world, despite our projects and operations being located in an extremely resource-limited area.
This is an opportunity to renew our gratitude for all your contributions that improve the lives of the vulnerable, relieve their suffering, and give them hope instead. There are always generous hands extending goodness, even if their owners may remain unknown, but their positive impact is everlasting in the hearts of others.

Our services also included the protection sector, with a direct focus on the needs of children with disabilities. We provided wheelchairs and medical hearing aids, and we continue to do so every month.
When we look at the achievements we have made, we cannot help but feel proud and impressed by your generosity and the way you respond to the calls of vulnerable communities. There is still much that needs your touch and the change you bring for the better. Let us continue this journey of giving.

Transferred from another hospital, a child at the age of 11 arrived at one of SEMA hospitals in northern Syria, after experiencing an incident in his left thigh that resulted in a comminuted and displaced fracture of the thigh bone.
Pain was alleviated and temporary immobilization was done using a splint. After conducting examinations, anesthesia consultations, and medical tests, he was prepared for surgical intervention. During the surgery, the fracture was reduced and stabilized using flexible rods and an external fixator to maintain proper alignment and length of the limb.
Following the success of the surgical procedure, the patient was admitted to the recovery ward to ensure receiving appropriate medical care post-surgery, awaiting a prompt recovery.
Your donations have helped us take care of these severely weak and needy children. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Thanks to you, Ahmed's life has been rescued from a venomous snake bite!
Ahmed, a young child from Syria, was bitten by a snake while innocently playing in his garden. His condition was critical when he arrived at one of SEMA Hospitals in northern Syria, with severe arm swelling.
With your incredible support, we were able to admit Ahmed to the intensive care unit and conduct the necessary tests. The doctors performed a successful surgery, taking a biopsy of his hand. Ahmed spent the next 24 hours in intensive care, bravely fighting for his life.
Today, we are overjoyed to share that Ahmed is on the road to recovery. Your donations made this possible, but many other children like Ahmed continue to suffer. They desperately need your help.
Together, we can make a difference.

One of the highest acts that a person can perform is to save a life. For every patient that your donations have saved, your reward has been great and doubled from God.
Through a miracle and titanic efforts, 12-year-old Tarek survived a fall from a great height onto a solid object. He was admitted to the emergency department of one of SEMA's hospitals, where he underwent the necessary imaging and tests to ensure there was no internal damage.
He was then admitted to the intensive care unit to ensure his vital signs were stable and to treat any internal bleeding. Afterward, the child underwent surgery to repair the damage to the rectus abdominis muscle and its anterior sheath.
The operation was a great success, and Tarek's life was saved. This certainly demonstrates the extent of the impact of your generous donations, which enabled us to perform the surgery for Tarek and allowed his family to check on their child. They do not have the ability to ensure the costs of surgery due to the harsh conditions in northern Syria.
