We’re excited to report that the first phase of our 2025 handwashing station initiative is well underway! Thanks to your generous support, Fundación Aguas has completed installations in six communities so far, with several more sites currently in preparation. Early feedback has been overwhelmingly positive—local health workers are already noticing improved hygiene practices, especially among schoolchildren.
In March, we partnered with local artisans and builders to design stations that are not only functional but also culturally resonant and easy to maintain. This collaboration ensures that each community feels a sense of ownership and pride in the project. Our team continues to travel across provinces to train local leaders in basic upkeep and repair. These sessions are building real capacity on the ground, helping ensure that each station remains in use for the long haul. Thank you for being part of this journey. Your support is making cleaner, healthier futures possible for thousands of families—and we’re just getting started.
