Your home should be more of a living space than a storage space said this grand mum. Because of the ongoing renovations to make their home a better home, together with her grandchildren they feel that their home is a living space which was not the case before the renovation process started. The renovation process of the beneficiary’s house was started in January 2019 to see that the family has a safe habitant. Currently, the family is using the two rooms that have been renovated, more funds have been raised and this May more renovation will be done. The two rooms that were worked on are used as the living room and a bed room respectively. The walls of these rooms no longer have cracks, they are painted and the floor was cemented. The windows of the house were positioned in a better way unlike before.
There is a testimony from the grandmother and grandchildren that they have better sleep because the house is no longer too cold like it were before and they are so thankful. They are also hoping that the remaining part will be renovated and the whole house will be amazing.
