Every child deserves a nurturing environment, and supporting young mothers can be an important part of creating that environment.
In Kamuli, Mwanyagiri, and Kirinya villages, F SSIBU Mission Foundation is working with 120+ teenage mothers through Restored Hope for Teenage Mothers.
Many of these young mothers are facing challenges that affect their ability to provide for themselves and their children. Abandonment, financial hardship, limited education, and lack of employment opportunities can place significant pressure on young families.
Our program responds by combining parenting guidance, counseling, mentorship, reproductive health education, and skills development.
We want young mothers to gain knowledge that can strengthen their parenting and wellbeing while also accessing opportunities that may help them become more self-reliant.
Supporting a mother can have a wider effect on the child who depends on her.
When a young mother develops a practical skill, gains confidence, receives appropriate guidance, or accesses a livelihood opportunity, she may be better positioned to provide for her child's needs.
Donors can help make this support possible.
Your contribution can support training materials, mentorship, counseling, parenting education, and livelihood development.
Through Restored Hope for Teenage Mothers, we are not only responding to today's challenges.
We are helping create stronger foundations for the next generation.
Together, we can help 120+ young mothers build healthier, more stable pathways for themselves and their children.
