We can't believe that 2022 is already coming to a close! This has been a huge year for food rescue and for Rescuing Leftover Cuisine. In May of this year, RLC officially surpassed 8 million pounds of food rescued, and now in September, we have rescued 9 million pounds! Our community partners and supporters have been essential to our growth. As food rescue gains national attention via The Food Donation Improvement Act, we believe that now is the time to make food rescue the norm across all businesses with excess food. Thank you for supporting our mission and our expansion!
