3. Our beneficiaries are getting happier with time
YES, the photo below shows one of our customers harvesting his pumpkin - the biggest ever! This comes as an output of environmentally friendly Organic Fertilizer. You have been supporting this project for long time – THANK YOU SO MUCH! Now we are so excited to let you know that the United States Africa Development Foundation (USADF) has acknowledged the benefit of this program and extends our impact to additional 300 clients – farmers and pastoralists in northern parts of Tanzania (Arusha, Manyara, and Kilimanjaro regions). Each Organic Fertilizer Units costs Tsh. 503,000 (USD 220). USADF gives flexible loans to people in underserved community through TAHUDE Foundation. When the beneficiaries repay the funds are released again to the new batch of clients – we call this a REVOLVING FUND.
The support from GlobalGiving individuals and USADF demonstrate once more that there are individuals and organizations that are not taking climate change as a political agenda. They take ACTION! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
