The "7th Camp for Girls for Menstrual Health" was possible thanks to your support, 21 indigenous girls and young women from the community of Villa de Zaachila, located in the region of Valles Centrales in Oaxaca, Mexico participated in various artistic and recreational workshops, where we addressed the importance of Comprehensive Education in Sexuality, our main axis being menstrual health.
Girls and young women learned about various types of menstrual management containers, learned how to make cloth towels, the use of the menstrual cup and its benefits as an alternative, we reflected on the importance of knowing our body and its care.
Thanks to your support it has been possible for more girls and young women to know their rights!
