Final Report for Nepal
By Schlene Boundy | President
We would like to thank all of the donors who have graciously donated to this project though all its changes. We would especially like to thank Global Giving for their help and this venue that allows us to reach out to all the wonderful humanitarians. Our apologies for the delay in this report, technical difficulties and the desire to get a full report to each you as our problem. The supplies for this project have been purchased and the approval of the government to build this pipeline has finally been approved. The trench is long and will take much of the countrymens digging power to get the job done but the villagers are working together and will see it through. This will be Do Your Parts last report for Nepal, we would like to invite you to please check on our other projects. Thank you all again for supporting Nepal and Do Your Part.

Support is needed for Water Pipeline to Villages
By Jacque Hampson | Administrator
Our project manager Paris continues to work with the village, he has accessed what they need for the water project and has ordered the materials. Sahodar (local worker) which we worked with during the rebuilding phase, will pick up the materials from the supplier. We are waiting for the photos, as wifi in the villages is not good. Everything is moving forward. We needed to apply for access to the government water supply, the process has been started. To date expenditures are $490 pounds on 1 kilometer of pipe and $110 pounds on a 1000L tank.
We would like to thank all of you for your assistance and ask you to spread the word about this project in order to supply these people with this one of our most needed elements.

Need your continued support as we move into the next Phase
By Schlene Boundy | President
Do Your Part saw the damage caused by the earthquake and witnessed the impact our previous shelter project had on the small villages. The gratitude was insurmountable.
We would like to help the communities purchase the necessary materials and pay villagers for the labour of building a water collection and distribution system in both Langdi and Mahipte villages. We would like to provide both Langdi and Mahipate with working, accessible water catchment, collection and distribution systems. Currently they walk for over 30 mins to collect water and only then can they collect what they can carry.
We would like to create payed work in the villages that don't have any other way of making money. The villages are self sustainable (apart from accessible water) however they have no way of earning money, so, hospital visits etc are very difficult.
Do Your Part thanks you for your very generous donations and to Global Giving for all they have done. We ask for your continued support as we continue the work in Nepal to bring sustainabliity to all.
Thank you again,
Do Your Part
