This is our first update for the project “War-Damaged Schools Rehabilitation in Syria 2025.”
At this stage, we have not yet received any donations through GlobalGiving. However, our team has started preparing the project so we can begin implementation immediately once funding becomes available.
During this period, we have:
Identified the most damaged schools that need urgent rehabilitation.
Conducted initial visits and simple technical assessments.
Coordinated with local education authorities and community representatives.
Prepared basic cost estimates and an implementation plan.
The need is still very urgent. Many children are studying in schools with damaged classrooms, broken windows, and limited facilities. This affects their safety and their ability to learn in a proper environment.
We are committed to transparency and will continue to share updates about our progress.
We hope to start the rehabilitation work as soon as we secure the necessary funding.
Thank you for supporting education for children in Syria.
