2026 Reprogramming the Future with AI, Global Visits, and New Partnerships!

Because of your continuous support, the dream of bringing world-class technology education to the Brazilian peripheries (the quebradas) is not just alive; it is thriving and gaining national recognition!

We are thrilled to share our latest milestones with you. From global tech leaders visiting our headquarters to our students taking the stage at major innovation events, your donations are actively transforming lives and creating the next generation of tech leaders in Brazil.

Here is what we have achieved together over the past few weeks:

National Recognition: Top 30 Businesses in Brazil & AI Innovators. We are incredibly proud to announce that Mais1Code was recently selected as one of the 30 best businesses/NGO in Brazil and recognized as a standout initiative in Artificial Intelligence with real social impact! We are proving that AI and high-level innovation do not just belong in corporate centers; they are also born in the alleys and communities of the periphery.

Global Connections: The Founder of inDrive Visits Jardim Pantanal. The world is taking notice of our "silent revolution." We recently had the immense honor of hosting the founder of the global mobility app inDrive. He traveled across the world to visit our headquarters in Jardim Pantanal, walking our streets, meeting our youth, and witnessing firsthand the talent, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in our community when given the right opportunities. We also had the pleasure of hosting Ambassador Rodrigo Silva and his team, who came to see the real-life impact of our tech programs on the ground.

Powerful New Corporate Partnerships: CADMUS & Edenred. To ensure our students are ready for the jobs of tomorrow, we have joined forces with major industry players:

Edenred Brasil: Together, we launched a complete Artificial Intelligence training program. Our youth will dive deep into machine learning, multimodal AI, automation, and intelligent agents, alongside soft skills and English.
CADMUS: We are implementing our signature "Gold Methodology" with Cadmus to provide a complete professional development journey, connecting strategy, technology, and execution.

Taking the Stage at Major Innovation Events: Our students are no longer just attendees; they are protagonists! We recently took the power of the quebrada to the São Paulo Innovation Week, where we connected with investors, startups, and leaders, proving that talent is everywhere. We also hit the main stage at the Itaquaquecetuba Careers Fair, where our very own Tauan Matos shared his inspiring journey with Mais1Code, showing hundreds of other young people that a career in tech is possible for them too.

Looking Ahead: The 2026 Ambassadors Meeting at Oracle! On July 20th, we will host one of the most important moments of our year: the Mais1Code Ambassadors Meeting 2026, held in person at the Oracle headquarters in São Paulo! This event will celebrate the incredible journeys of our outstanding students, featuring inspiring talks on AI, career growth, and social impact.

Thank You for Believing in Us! We recently launched a new campaign aimed at impacting 400 new lives through professional training and tech education. Every class, every new partnership, and every young person placed in the job market is a direct result of a community that believes in our mission.

2025/2026 Recoding Brazilian Favelas Good News

The year 2025 marked a significant milestone for Mais1Code as a non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting social justice through technology, evolving from a local educational project into an international leader in technological sovereignty. Throughout this period, our mission was significantly bolstered by the GlobalGiving community, which enabled us to bridge the deep-seated divide between the Brazilian peripheries and the world's most prestigious innovation hubs. Our journey was defined by unprecedented institutional validation, beginning with our selection as one of the top ten social initiatives in Brazil during the Expo Favela, the largest gathering for community-led entrepreneurship and social impact globally. This recognition was further amplified by our presence on national television through Rede Globo, where our founder shared our vision for the "University of the Periphery" with millions of households, cementing our authority as a leading institution in the field of impact-driven education.

Beyond the borders of Brazil, Mais1Code successfully expanded its footprint to promote south-south cooperation and international solidarity. In mid-2025, as part of the SP Global Tech mission, our leadership traveled to London to present our methodology for social inclusion to international stakeholders, proving that the creative resilience found in our communities is an invaluable asset for the global technological landscape. This international growth materialized through the establishment of institutional programs in Portugal and São Tomé and Príncipe, ensuring that high-level digital training and professional opportunities are now accessible to Lusophone youth across three different continents. These achievements are not merely symbolic but represent a fundamental shift in how the world perceives the intellectual potential emerging from underserved territories.

As we progress through 2026, our focus has shifted toward institutionalizing these gains through our "Global Bridge" initiative. We are currently developing a seamless pathway to connect our senior talents from the periphery with international professional opportunities, ensuring that the wealth generated by the global digital economy flows directly back into our local communities.

Dear Partner,

We are pleased to share a transparent summary of our activities and achievements in 2025.

This year, Mais1Code directly impacted 178 students with our tech education methodology. While this number reflects the high quality and engagement in our programs, the contributions received were not sufficient to reach our ambitious annual goal of 3,000 students. We acknowledge the challenge, but our team's resilience and the proven success of our model motivate us toward exponential growth.

Looking forward, we are highly excited about the recent innovations we have launched, which solidify Mais1Code as a leader in tech education and social impact:

IMPULSOAI: We launched this program focused on training youth in advanced layers of Artificial Intelligence, a high-demand field, ensuring our students are at the forefront of the tech sector.
ACADEMIA DIGITAL: A structured program designed to expand access to our methodology, reaching a broader audience with essential digital skills training.
JOGGA E APRENDE: This innovative program uses sports as a bridge to education, encouraging young athletes to balance soccer practice with technology studies, reinforcing the importance of comprehensive education.

With these new methodologies and the consolidation of our partnerships, we project significant growth for 2026. We expect to impact 7,000 students next year, reinforcing our commitment to "Reprogramando a Quebrada" and transforming vulnerability into technological leadership.
