8 Church Clinics Ghana - Health Within Reach

Dear GlobalGiving Team and Supporters,

We are submitting a transparent update on the 8 Church Clinics Ghana – Health Within Reach project.

The project’s objective is to construct eight modular clinics within church compounds in Ghana, bringing essential healthcare infrastructure closer to underserved communities. The current project scope covers construction and architectural finishing; medical equipment and operational costs will require separate funding.

During this reporting period, the project did not secure sufficient funding to begin construction '' 438 Euro's''. As a result, no construction work has commenced, and no project funds have been spent on building activities.

Rather than beginning work without adequate financing and risking incomplete facilities, Constantine African Foundation has maintained a responsible implementation position: construction will start only when sufficient funding is available to complete an approved project phase safely and transparently.

Our immediate priority is to mobilize funding for the first modular clinic as a defined initial phase. Beginning with one clinic will allow the project to demonstrate its construction model, document costs and implementation lessons, and provide a practical foundation for the remaining seven clinics.

During the next reporting period, our focus will remain on:

• Presenting the first-clinic phase to prospective donors and partners.
• Confirming the realistic funding threshold required before construction begins.
• Maintaining coordination with the local project partner.
• Protecting the project from premature spending and incomplete construction commitments.

We recognize that reporting should reflect what has actually happened. For this reason, we are not claiming construction progress, beneficiary reach, or health outcomes before they occur.

The need for accessible healthcare infrastructure remains important, and we remain committed to pursuing the project responsibly. We welcome support from individuals, churches, companies, foundations, and health-focused partners capable of helping activate the first clinic phase.

Our request is clear: help us secure the funding required to begin and complete the first modular clinic.
