Formal Status Update Structural Review

By Goerge Constantin | Founder

Dear GlobalGiving Team,

We are writing to formally clarify the current implementation status of the “8 Community Clinics” initiative.

As of this reporting period, the project has received minimal initial contributions and has not yet reached the first defined funding threshold required to initiate Phase I construction. In accordance with the approved project structure, all construction and procurement activities are contractually and financially milestone-based.

Therefore, physical implementation has not commenced pending activation of the first capital benchmark.

The following foundational components remain confirmed and in place:

  • Designated land allocation within Orthodox Church compounds for clinic development

  • Regulatory alignment with Ghana Ministry of Health standards and NHIS framework

  • Preliminary architectural planning in compliance with national healthcare construction regulations

  • Institutional coordination with relevant local partners

No funds have been expended toward construction, procurement, or operational staffing to date. All financial activity remains fully compliant with platform and regulatory standards.

The project is therefore in a documented readiness phase, with execution contingent solely upon achievement of the initial capital milestone.

Given the scale of the total funding goal relative to early-stage traction, we are conducting an internal structural review to ensure alignment between project architecture and platform engagement dynamics.

We would welcome your guidance on whether phased restructuring, milestone segmentation, or alternative campaign positioning may enhance activation efficiency while maintaining regulatory and reporting integrity.

Our objective remains disciplined execution, transparent reporting, and responsible stewardship once capital activation occurs.

We appreciate your continued partnership and remain fully aligned with GlobalGiving’s governance and transparency framework.

With respect,

Goerge Constantin
