Providing water
Dear Friend,
Thank you very much for your generous support to our project providing safe water to poor families. We are focusing support in remote villages where water is scarce and our strategy is to improve water sources by tree growing and then providing polyetheylene pipes to far-flung families. The contribution of the water beneficiaries is labor in the laying-out of the pipes as well as in the maintenance of the water system. This reporting period we are able to assist 3 families have access to water for their needs. Water is indeed very important and this service to local communities is very important for them. Again thank you so much for your generosity.
Very sincerely yours,
Cora Sayre

Assessment of water sources
Dear Friend,
Thank you very much for your support to our initiative providing water to poor families. Water in mountain villages is becoming scarce as water sources is drying-up and rehabilitation of water sources and water lines is not given priority by providers. There is a need to highlight this problem and provide support to families in remote villages so that they will have access to safe water. This reporting period we continue to tap local partners who are able to provide us with technical and financial assistance so that our water project is supported and enhanced. This cooperation and coordination activity is indeed very urgent as climate changes is happening and situation in the upland villages becoming dire. This reporting period we are able to facilitate the visit of 3 local agencies who have the potential to support our water development activities. Hoping for your continuing support to this initiative.
Very sincerely yours,
Cora Sayre

Repair water lines
Dear Friend,
Thank you very much for your generous support to our initiative providing safe water for poor families. This month is the onset of the dry season and traditional water sources such as wells are beginning to dry-up. There is a need to conserve water and one of the ways we usually do this is to repair broken-down water lines. Some of the water lines are exposed to nature and they are easily destroyed by usual farming activities done by villagers. This reporting period, we guided villagers from 2 villages to repair water lines and provide basic repair kits that are badly needed. We aim for water to continually flow to the village in this way. We hope to prepare other villages in this manner. Again, thank you very much for your help.
Very sincerely yours,
Cora Sayre
